Sexual Assault Prevention & Response
SAPR Program aboard Blount Island

OUR MISSION: Sexual assault is a criminal act and will not be tolerated. The Marine Corps’ goal is to eliminate sexual assaults within the Corps and to assist those Marines and sailors assigned to Marine Corps units affected by sexual assault.

The Sexual Assault Response Coordinator (SARC) is considered the center of gravity when it comes to ensuring that victims of sexual assault receive appropriate and responsive care. They serve as the single point of contact to coordinate sexual assault victim care.
