U.S. Marine Corps Col. Luke Watson, commanding officer, Blount Island Command, cut a ribbon Dec. 5, 2024, opening a new readiness and resilience room at Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island in Florida. The Warrior Athlete Readiness and Resilience Room, or WARR Room, was made possible by funding from Marine Corps Semper Fit and Recreation, which supports Marine health and wellness through prevention-focused programs that build readiness, expand resiliency and develop capability through research-based and evidence-led programming.
