First Sergeant Gragg assumed his post as Senior Enlisted Advisor to Blount Island Command and Marine Corps Support Facility Blount Island on November 06, 2018. A native of Memphis, TN, he attended recruit training at Marine Corps Recruit Depot Parris Island, S.C., in June 2003.

Throughout First Sergeant Gragg’s career he has been assigned numerous duties as an Intelligence Specialist, Drill Instructor, Experienced Drill Instructor, Senior Drill Instructor, and Intelligence Faculty Advisor. He has served with 2nd Marine Regiment, Marine All Weather Fighter Attack Squadron 224 (VMFA-224), 2nd Recruit Training Battalion, 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment, Marine Corps Tactical Operations Group, and Special Operations Command Europe.

He has deployed to Iraq with 2nd Marine Regiment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom 2-2 and 4-6, Far East Unit Deployment Program with VMFA-224 to Iwakuni, Japan and Afghanistan with 3rd Battalion, 4th Marine Regiment during Operation Enduring Freedom 13.1.

First Sergeant Gragg’s personal decorations and awards include: Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal with three gold stars in lieu of fourth award, Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal and Drill Instructor Ribbon.
