The oldest Marine present, James Whitlow, 70, a retired master gunnery sergeant with 33 years of service, passes a piece of cake to the youngest Marine present, Sgt. Bryan McDougall, 21, of Coral Springs, Florida, during the 250th Marine Corps birthday ball ceremony hosted Nov. 21 by Blount Island Command at Deerwood Castle in Jacksonville, Florida.
